FCCLA to hold Walkathon

Get ready to walk for a great cause! Burke FCCLA is hosting a Walk-A-Thon to raise funds for Gregory County Laps of Love on Saturday, April 5, from 10:00 am 12:00 pm at the Burke track. Area community members and students will be challenged to collect pledges for walking laps. Come for the morning or stop by for lunch. Concessions will be served.

RFU holds annual meeting

The annual meeting for the Rosebud Farmers Union Cooperative was held at the Gregory Memorial Auditorium on Saturday, March 22, 2025. The meeting was busy, with nearly 200 individuals in attendance , 50 of whom were registered voters.

Juracek completes 20th marathon, earns six-star medal

Ten years and 20 marathons have led local Marathon Man Wade Juracek to his latest accomplishment of the six-star Abbott World Marathon Majors. His final star in the medal was the Tokyo Marathon, which he ran on March 2.

Pickleball courts to become a reality at park

Pickleball courts were on the agenda at the city council meeting, held at 6:00 p.m., Monday, March 17, 2025. City Finance Officer Trudy Waterman secured a quote of $858.87 from BSN Sports for nets and paint to transform one tennis court at the Gregory City Park into two pickleball courts.
