A graveside funeral service for Dominic John Baldwin was held Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 1 p.m., at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Bonesteel, SD, with Father Ron Garry officiating. He was laid to rest at the foot of his great-great-grandmother Frieda Baldwin, who was known for her gentle way of comforting babies.
Dominic was born the evening of April 11, 2026, at 17 weeks to Angel and John Baldwin. His name means “belonging to God,” and he joined our Heavenly Father that night. Though his time here was short, he will be forever loved and remembered by his family.
Dominic is survived by his parents, John and Angel; siblings Aubrey Piper, Ariel Baldwin, and Wayne Baldwin; and grandparents Michael and Mary Baldwin and Eric Smith.
