What is the future for Gregory’s Main Street?

Spring Creek Boutique closed suddenly this year. The windows have recently been covered, but for months displayed the same merchandise. There is no indication as to whether the building is for sale at this time.

Another old building on Main Street is the former flower shop. Although “sale” is painted on the window, no real estate signs are present.

Although this photo of a deserted Main Street was taken on a Sunday, it is no different from a Saturday afternoon with no businesses open.

Old Pioneer closed earlier this year, but no sign of inventory sell-off or building for sale is present. Built in 1909, the building is listed on the National Historic Registry.

The former location of Stay Wild Boutique has not been open since the business closed during COVID. The owner is trying to sell inventory and the building, which includes a plumbing and heating business to the west of the Main Street building.
