Everyone has been praying for rain, so when 0.40 inches fell late Saturday afternoon as Ribfest was getting underway, it was hard to complain about it. Other than a little rain, the cool day was perfect for spending hours smoking meat, and the efforts paid off for several teams.

His history in the music industry is epic, spans multiple genres, and is rich in heritage. He has deep roots from his tenure on tour with Alabama, Restless Heart, and the Oak Ridge Boys. And if his name sounds familiar, it could be because he is the son of William Lee Golden of the The Oak Ridge Boys.

Boys win back-to-back team title at state

The Gregory boys golf team made history again this year, winning back-to-back state championships and claiming the number one Class B golfer in the state. Although the team held the first place spot at the end of the first day of the tournament, the team’s top golfer, Eli Fogel, was tied for third, four strokes behind the lead.

The rally is one of 50 state rallies taking place this month, urging the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to change its policy, preventing those with earlystage Alzheimer’s from accessing FDA-approved treatments.
