The Gregory County Board of Commissioners held their regular meeting at 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at the Gregory County Courthouse. Board considers use of slipliners Todd Steffen of Dakota Prairie Landscapes, LLC, was present to explain the process of using slipliners with a cellular concrete slurry to repair metal pipes, in conformance with DOT specifications.

State AAU wrestling was hosted in Aberdeen over the weekend. Fourteen Gregory youth wrestlers competed for a spot on the podium in heavily contested weight classes.

The 11th Annual Scavengers Journey has been scheduled for June 23-25, 2023. When it first started years ago, there were only four towns which participated in this annual event: Chamberlain, Oacoma, Pukwana, and Kimball. It is a non-profit organization that began in 2012.

Using real-world applications in medicine, pies, and sports statistics, she provided practical uses for math skills such as finding circumference, diameter, radius, ratios, mean, median, mode, and probability.

Money and patrons keep coming in to the library Leading off department head reports, Librarian Tara Engel reported adding six new patrons as well as having 55-60 people visit the library in the last two business days prior to the meeting.
