Former State Senator Erin Tobin announced on November 20, 2025, that she is running for the State Senate in District 21. Tobin, who previously represented the district, said her decision reflects her continued commitment to serving the people of District 21 and South Dakota.

Gregory County 4-H held our annual Recognition Night on Monday, November 3rd at the Gregory Community Room. This event is a night to recognize all the 4-H youth, their accomplishments, our volunteers, and our sponsors. 4-H offers such a unique and powerful opportunity for young people to grow in ways that will benefit them throughout their lives. It teaches essential life skills like leadership, responsibility, and teamwork, all while allowing kids to explore their interests—whether that’s in agriculture, science, community service, or the arts. These experiences shape confident, resilient individuals who are prepared to tackle the challenges of tomorrow. The 2024-2025 4-H year modeled how the dedication, creativity, and enthusiasm of our 4-H members are making a real difference in our communities.
