In the past few weeks there has been a lot of misinformation and fear spread by opponents of HB 1239. As we prepare to debate the bill in the Senate I would like to present the facts of the situation.

A behemoth defamation lawsuit brought by the developer of the Dakota Access Pipeline against Greenpeace began its trial in a North Dakota courtroom on Monday.
