The Gregory Gorillas faced the Burke Cougars in the Homecoming football game Friday night, and the fans were not disappointed with the 46-6 win. The intra-county match-up is a perennial favorite for both teams, and Coach Mike Murray wanted to get as many guys on the field as he could and give the fans a fun game to watch.

Just a reminder that this year’s Homecoming parade route will be slightly different. The parade will start by entering the east entrance of the hospital and nursing home on Logan Avenue and exit through the north entrance onto First Street. It will continue on First St. to Main Street, where it will turn north and end at Krotter’s corner (Eighth St.)

The Gregory Gorillas faced a formidable opponent on the gridiron Friday night as they traveled to Parkston to take on the top-ranked 9AA team in the state, and came away with a disappointing 50-0 loss.

The Gregory High School volleyball team chalked up a win and a loss last week on the road. On Tuesday, September 19, the team beat the Todd County Lady Falcons in three games.
