Ample rains reveal and cause road issues for county

Interior wall repair/HVAC installation was well underway on Tuesday, May 20, 2025. After plaster is removed from external walls, a coat of waterproofing will be applied. The walls will then be studded, insulated, and have drywall installed. This has been a multi-year project that started after the courthouse sustained damage from the Burke tornado in 2019.
