The Burke Area Pink Ladies held a free community appreciation meal on Sunday, May 18, at the Jack Broome Community Center to thank the community for all the support received since their organization started in 2017. They have another free community appreciation supper scheduled for 6:00-7:00 p.m.,Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at the Gregory Memorial Auditorium Community Room.
