City council scrutinizes increased costs of sewer/water/streets projects

The towering cottonwood trees at the Gregory City Park, planted in the early days of the city’s founding, are reaching the end of their lifespan. Six of the trees are slated for removal to ensure the safety of park patrons. An arborist has examined the trees and found them to be rotting on the inside.
