County’s wind energy ordinance passes second reading and is

Andrew Lubber, 38, of Gregory, has been arrested in connection with a crime committed at the Gregory County Courthouse at 7:00 a.m., Friday, August 23, 2024, in which a vehicle ran through both the front and back doors. No one was injured. The South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation is investigating the incident, led by the South Dakota Attorney General’s office. Charges are pending.
