#11 Avera Gregory Hospital and Avera Medical Group Gregory, and #12 Avera Rosebud Nursing Home opened the new combined medical campus in January. The new state-ofthe-art facility has spurred other development in the area.

Jensen Design Build also has several lots earmarked for development, including executive suites for workforce housing, twin homes, and single family homes. In addition, the Gregory School District has purchased the four lots south of the current school parking lot for additional parking, which will be needed soon as school enrollment has seen a trend toward growth in the past few years.
