Retired Lt. Col. Michael Ingram, a Patient Advocate Volunteer from the Omaha VA Medical Campus, presented Lawrence “Vince” Berens with a national VA commendation on December 22, 2025, at the Aviva Assisted Living Facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. -
