The Missouri Valley Mutual Insurance Company held its 107th Annual Policyholders Meeting on March 16, 2021, at the Civic Center in Burke, South Dakota with 296 policyholders present in person and by proxy.
Jan Noteboom of Winner, SD, Dan Coss of Miller, SD and Michelle Jung of Leola, SD were elected to the Board of Directors for a term of three years.
Serving on the Credentials Committee were Vickie Dobesh, Chairwoman, of Burke, SD; Janelle Bartling of Burke, SD; and Elaine Gnirk of Herrick, SD.
The Company’s Board of Directors held their Annual Meeting on March 16 and 17, 2021 with an election of officers being held at this meeting. Officers of the Company for 2021 are William Floyd, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Jan Noteboom, Vice-Chairman; Baxter Hogen, Secretary; Melvin Juran, President; Norma Ellwanger, Vice-President; and Marcille Richards, Treasurer.
