Robin (Kerner) Cushing promoted to Lieutenant Colonel

After the new shoulder boards were placed, Cushing and her father, a Vietnam veteran, flew the American flag on the USS Constitution.

Robin’s parents, Charlotte and Vernon had the honor of placing the new Army rank on their daughter’s uniform in a ceremony on the USS Constitution.
