Spiritual Run for the Sacred Pipe makes its way around SD

  • The runners who completed the leg into Gregory and the first part of the leg to Mission are shown here. The staff, with three eagle feathers, representing the Santee, Ponca, and Yankton Sioux tribes is held by two youths in front. Each tribe that participates will add a feather, for a total of nine feathers by the end of the run.
