Three people are dead, including one suspect, following a shooting in Lower Brule early Monday morning, according to Lower Brule Sioux Tribe Chairman Boyd Gourneau. According to reporting by the Mitchell Daily Republic, Gourneau said he received a call about the incident around 4 a.m.
