Donald Cahoy

Celebration of Life services for Donald Paul Cahoy will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 30, 2024, at The Hamilton Club in Omaha, NE. Donald was born on March 22, 1935, in Omaha, NE, the son of Arthur Paul and Esther Ann Cahoy. Donald spent his early years growing up in Gregory, SD, moving to Omaha when he was 17. Donald graduated with a bachelors degree in accounting from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, served four years in the United States Marine Corp, and was a Korean War Veteran. He was married to Ann Rosalie Surette on May 19, 1978, in Denver, CO, and after a forty year career as an accountant, retired in Kingman, AZ in 1997 to enjoy the sunshine, relaxed living, and playing golf, his lifetime passion. Donald cherished his full life, family and many friends. He always said, “he did not miss much.”

Donald Paul Cahoy, age 89, of Omaha, NE passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2024, in Omaha, NE.

He was preceded in death by his wife Ann, who passed away in June 2009 in Arizona.

He is survived by his children, Anthony Lynn (Patti) and Lisa Kallhoff (Greg); two grandchildren, Leo Kallhoff and Claire Kallhoff; other relatives and many close friends.
