A celebration of life for Jeffrey Hamling, is scheduled for Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home of Rapid City, SD. Visitation is one hour prior to the service. Jeffrey Hamling was born July 12, 1947, to Jerold and Natella in Gregory, SD. Jeffrey served in the US Army. Jeffrey married Norma Roggow on June 5, 1968. They had two children: Aaron and Rhonda. He farmed in Naper, NE. They then moved to Rapid City and continued to work at Dakota Craft for 12 years then they moved to Burke, SD, before moving back to Rapid City, SD in 2019. He enjoyed fishing, watching Husker Football, camping, and many years of enjoying his kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids.

Jeffrey John Hamling passed away January 27, 2024, at home in Rapid City, SD, at the age of 76.

He is survived by his wife Norma; children: Aaron (Sue) Hamling, and Rhonda (Rob) Beals; grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Valerie (Troy) McCulley and Raelynn and Rexley; Thomas (Kaylee) Hamling and Diandry, Charlie; Colton Beals; Allyson (Lucas) Holden; Eric Pavlicek; Cayden Beals; Bailey Hamling, and Rylee Hamling and Noah Hamling; and sister Georgia Serr.
