Dear Editor, As a landowner in the Gregory, Charles Mix, or Douglas County area, you may have heard of the Gregory County Pumped Storage Project (GCPSP), something that has been discussed since the 1970s. The GCPSP area has been studied in the past by the U.S.

Initially, 10-digit dialing on Golden West lines was optional. Beginning June 22, 2022, you must dial 605 plus the telephone number for all in-state calls placed on Golden West phone lines. The area code is required whether the number you're calling is across the street or across the state. Most telephone service providers have been enforcing 10-digit dialing for many months, and all are required to do so very soon.

Residents of a small community in northeastern South Dakota are still recovering from a wave of destructive storms a month ago. Piles of debris and broken tree limbs sit on the edge of town in Castlewood, a community of about 600 near Watertown.

An examination of their expenditures reveals that Lewis spent about $720 on purchases that went for items which were exchanged with the Indians.
