Mass of Christian burial was held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at the Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Newcastle, WY. Private family rite of committal was held in the Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, SD. Fidler-Roberts & Isburg Funeral Chapel of Sundance, WY, was in charge of arrangements. Regina was born on June 03, 1954, to Lawrence and Imelda Drees in Gregory, SD. After Regina graduated from Gregory High School, she pursued a degree as a laboratory technician at Dakota Wesleyan University. After graduation, she moved to Newcastle, WY, where she worked for over 30 years at Weston County Hospital. Regina was passionate about helping others, especially those with diabetes, as she had the disease from childhood.

She met and married Jim Fall in 1976. Regina and Jim had a daughter, Melissa Moore. Regina was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church. She enjoyed traveling to see her daughter, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and spending time going to drag races with her husband Jim.

Regina Fall, age 68, of Newcastle, WY, passed away on May 07, 2023, after her long journey with diabetes.

Regina is survived by her husband Jim Fall of Newcastle, WY; daughter Melissa (James) Moore of Kalispell, MT; sister Maureen (Roger) Regynski of Mesa, AZ; brother Joe (Mary Kay) Drees of Gregory, SD; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Lawrence and Imelda (Nillis) Drees, along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
