Court halts Biden Administration’s healthcare worker vaccine mandate

South Dakota Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg announced on Monday, November 29, that a Missouri federal court granted South Dakota’s request for an injunction on the Biden Administration’s vaccine mandate for healthcare workers. Earlier this month, South Dakota joined a coalition of ten states challenging the mandate. In addition to South Dakota, the coalition includes Missouri, Nebraska, Arkansas, Kansas, Iowa, Wyoming, Alaska, North Dakota, and New Hampshire.

The holiday season

The holiday season has arrived, and BankWest has erected the community Christmas tree where Santa’s helpers from the local area may donate gifts to help ensure that all children have something under the Christmas tree. Anyone interested in being a part of this project may pick up slips at the bank. Each slip lists a child’s gender, age, needs, and interests. The gift may include several items or just one, but all items should be packaged in one gift-wrapped box and returned to the bank by December 15, along with the slip and a note on the back indicating what items are inside.

Gregory Times-Advocate provides Kid Scoop News to 3rd-5th graders at Gregory Elementary School

Gregory Times-Advocate knows how important reading is, and is excited to awaken the magic of reading for Gregory students by providing third through fifth graders at Gregory School District with monthly copies of Kid Scoop News, a print newspaper made specifically for kids, through a partnership with the Nebraska Press Association Foundation.
