Since Gregory is in the beginning stages of raising funds for building a new swimming pool, I thought it would be interesting to share information about the ‘pools’ in Gregory. Researching and writing this article has been both challenging and fun.

June 2021 was the month. During that month four of Gregory’s longterm employees officially retired. Hardest hit by the mass retirement was Rosebud Electric Company. Ken Cerny, whose story was featured in the May 5 edition of the ADVOCATE, Dan Krueger, and Garry Wetzler all hung up their REA hats on the same day. Cerny had been there 43 years, Krueger 44, and Wetzler 28, for a total of 125 total years of experience with the company.
