The Gregory golf team competed at Tyndall/Scotland on Friday, April 30, 2021. The girls played in Scotland.

The GHS track team traveled to Miller last Tuesday. The first half of the meet we had great running conditions but second half ended up a little wet. We are getting toward the middle section of the season. This is the time of the year that we and other teams are starting to focus in on events and attempting to put the best times on the top 24 list. With the new state qualifying method of the top 24, the athletes are able to see where we sit by individually and the relays.

May 1, 2021 was the 105 year of the Maypole winding at the Dallas American Legion. Those in attendance to wind the pole were Kaelynn Rezac, Tristian Wheeler, Charissa Ring, Maya Hull, Savanah Lozano, Marisa Fischer, Cierra Bordeaux, Ava Schweigert, Tyce Schweigert, George Timanus, Jake Fischer, Rosin Brozik, Otto Reber, Biden Wahl, Urijah Gonzales, Braylon Stevicks. On Saturday, May 8, 227 students will graduate from Northern State University in Aberdeen at its 2021 spring commencement to begin at 10:00 a.m. in the NSU Barnett Center.

“The General Store” (Ace Hardware and Lumber store) in Martin, SD has been sold to RF Buche and will take over on May 18th, 2021. Buche plans to keep the store running regular hours through the transition so customers are not affected.
