A piece of Gregory’s history is soon to be just a memory as the Gregory Livestock Auction is slated to be leveled. The last owner, Jack Clark, has sold the facility to his son-in-law, Kurt Frank, and Frank’s business partner, Lonnie Liewer.

Gregory hosted Wessington Springs in the opening round of play in Region 6B. Gregory came in as the number 4 seeded team and Wessington Springs the number 5 seed.

If it seems like Avera Gregory Medical Group has had some very young doctors lately, it is because two second-year students from the University of South Dakota School of Medicine have been completing a one-month rotation there since February 14.

Gregory Elementary School hosted the annual Missouri Valley Spelling Bee on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, and kept the honor of winning overall champion to themselves. On Wednesday, February 16, 2022, members of the Gregory High School band took part in an instrumental small group contest in Chamberlain. Gregory took 17 entries to contest. All but three entries scored high enough to earn superior ratings and receive medals. Groups need 31-35 points, solos need 26-30, and percussion groups need 21-25 to earn a superior. Those earning a superior were:
