Airport project to be completed this week

The regular meeting of the Gregory City Council was held at 6:00 p.m., Monday, October 18, 2021, at City Hall. Short agenda becomes shorter The agenda was amended to omit the review of building permits and a lot sale in Grandview, and to add a discussion of the deadline for building permits to be turned in.

Lady Spikers go 3-1 to end September schedule

Spikers have had a busy couple of weeks the last two weeks of September. They went to Todd Co. on 9-21 and won 3-0. The scores were 25-20, 25-9, 25-8. The girls worked hard to keep the pace of the game up and kept our unforced errors down. Jessy Jo lead us with 9 kills and 14 digs. Anna Dargatz served up 4 aces, and Brooklynn Kenzy had 6 kills, 9 digs, and set for 10 set assists.

Gregory defeats Platte-Geddes for Homecoming victory, 28-8

The Gorillas improved their record to 4-3 on the season with a 28-8 Homecoming win against the Black Panthers of Platte-Geddes. Gregory scored first in the first quarter when Rylan Peck threw to Owen Hansen for a 24 yard touchdown reception.

Cheer/Dance team competes at Mitchell

The GHS Competitive Cheer & Dance Teams have been on the road over the past three weeks traveling to a few Class AA schools: Harrisburg and Mitchell, and performing at GHS Coronation. In Harrisburg, the cheer team placed 13th out of 15, which was 3rd out of 5 Class A schools.
