Cloverbuds attend zoo animals workshop

A zoo animals workshop for cloverbuds was held by Gregory County 4-H at the Burke Civic Center on Thursday, July 22nd from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. The youth watched a virtual zoo tour and learned about various animals, performed veterinarian checkups on stuffed animals, played some fun games, and made their own zoo animals out of paper bags.

We have officially closed the curtains on another Burke Stampede Rodeo. This time it was our first Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) and Women’s Professional Rodeo Association (WPRA) event. We were amazed watching these professional athletes and performances, and we hope you were too!
