There were 126 walkers and runners who competed in the Avera Fun Run on Saturday, July 3 morning. The GHS Class of 1966 (GHS’ largest class with 86 graduates) held their 55th year reunion on Jyly 3 at Frank Day’s in Dallas, SD. Gregory County 4-H youth participated in a workshop called “4-H of July Chalk Design” in which they were able to decorate Main Street for the 4th of July spirit! They drew balloons, animals, flowers, 4-H clover, and more!

The pool fund has started to accumulate some money, and this thermometer will help keep track of where the balance stands in relation to the total goal. Although the $4 million price tag looks intimidating, the city doesn’t have to come up with the total amount.
