The project involves a comprehensive plan with several alternatives to upgrade the City of Gregory’s water and wastewater systems. Daycare fence will soon be a work of art

The fence around the Gregory Daycare might look like an ordinary chain-link fence to most people, but to South Dakota artist Cary Thrall it looks like a canvas. Through Thrall’s project, Linking Fences, 11 communities throughout the Black Hills and central South Dakota now have artwork fences.
