Funeral services to be held for Roger Witt Funeral services for Roger Witt of Bonesteel, SD, are scheduled for Thursday, May 20, 2021, at 10:30 a.m. at the Bonesteel City Hall in Bonesteel, SD.

With the construction of the six Corp of Engineers dams on the upper Missouri River, there were what some referred to as “nonmonetary costs.” These were social in nature, long-term, and some quite unforeseen.
