“Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.” ~ Winston Churchhill By definition, in order to measure something, one needs an instrument or device marked in standard units or by comparing it with an object of known size. That being said, how can a concept like success be measured, but more importantly, by whose standard? Within the first minutes of life, we measure infants, placing them on a scale, assigning a percentage of where they fall on a growth chart.
